Ingredients:

  • 4 Russet Potatoes medium-sized
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • Scrub the potatoes clean and dry them off.
  • Pierce each potato a few times with a fork.
  • Rub the potatoes with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  • Place the potatoes on a baking sheet and bake for about 60 minutes, or until tender.

Notes:

For extra crispy skin, bake the potatoes directly on the oven rack.
