Ingredients:

  • 1 lb baby potatoes halved
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 0.5 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dried rosemary

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the halved baby potatoes, olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and dried rosemary. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.
  • Spread the potatoes out in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the potatoes are golden brown and tender, stirring halfway through cooking.
  • Remove from the oven and serve hot.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese before serving.
