Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 3 Large eggs
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Water as needed

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
  • 2. Create a well in the center and add eggs.
  • 3. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
  • 4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
  • 5. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into desired noodle shapes.
  • 6. Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
  • 7. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or soup.

Notes:

Adjust water as needed to achieve the right dough consistency.
