Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, mix flour and salt.
2. Create a well in the center and add eggs.
3. Gradually mix the flour into the eggs until a dough forms.
4. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 5 minutes.
5. Roll out the dough thinly and cut into desired noodle shapes.
6. Boil a large pot of water and cook the noodles for 2-3 minutes.
7. Drain and serve with your favorite sauce or soup.

Adjust water as needed to achieve the right dough consistency.
