Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
Add bok choy and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
Serve hot.
