Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Bok Choy washed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a wok over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.
  • Add bok choy and stir-fry for 5-7 minutes until tender.
  • Stir in soy sauce and sesame oil. Cook for another 2 minutes.
  • Serve hot.

Adjust seasoning to taste.
