Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine the cabbage, carrots, green bell pepper, and onion.
2. In a separate bowl, mix together the sugar, white vinegar, water, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.
3. Pour the vinegar mixture over the vegetables and toss to coat.
4. Pack the slaw into freezer containers or bags, leaving some space for expansion. Seal and freeze.
5. To serve, thaw the slaw in the refrigerator overnight and drain any excess liquid before serving.
Notes:
This slaw is perfect for BBQs and can be made ahead of time and stored in the freezer for up to 3 months.
