Instructions:
1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions. Drain and let it cool.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked pasta, shrimp, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion.
3. In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
4. Pour the dressing over the pasta mixture and toss to combine.
5. Garnish with fresh dill and serve chilled.
Notes:
Feel free to add other seafood like crab or lobster for a more luxurious dish.
