Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 lbs lobster meat cooked and chopped
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice freshly squeezed
  • 1 cup celery diced
  • 2 tbsp chives chopped
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat for about 10 minutes. Let it cool, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
  • 3. Add the chopped lobster meat, celery, and chives to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
  • 4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.

Notes:

This lobster salad is best served fresh. You can also serve it on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
