Instructions:
1. In a large pot, bring water to a boil and cook the lobster meat for about 10 minutes. Let it cool, then chop it into bite-sized pieces.
2. In a mixing bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise and lemon juice until well combined.
3. Add the chopped lobster meat, celery, and chives to the bowl. Mix gently to combine.
4. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve chilled.
Notes:
This lobster salad is best served fresh. You can also serve it on a bed of lettuce or in a sandwich.
