Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • 1 tbsp Dill, chopped
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine sour cream, dill, salt, and black pepper.
  • 2. Add the thinly sliced cucumbers and mix well to coat.
  • 3. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add a splash of vinegar or lemon juice.
