Instructions:
1. Butter one side of each bread slice.
2. Place two slices, butter side down, on a grill pan over medium heat.
3. Layer turkey and cheese on the bread slices in the pan.
4. Top with remaining bread slices, butter side up.
5. Grill until golden brown and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side.
Notes:
Serve with a side of chips or a salad.
