Ingredients:  

Burger Ingredients

  • 2 cups mushrooms, finely chopped
  • 1 cup black beans, mashed
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • to taste salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a skillet, sauté the mushrooms and onions until soft.
  • 2. In a mixing bowl, combine the sautéed mushrooms and onions with the mashed black beans, breadcrumbs, garlic, soy sauce, cumin, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • 4. Cook the patties in the skillet over medium heat for about 5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
