Instructions:
1. Cut the Italian bread loaf in half horizontally.
2. Mix green olives, black olives, roasted red peppers, giardiniera, olive oil, red wine vinegar, and oregano in a bowl.
3. Spread the olive mixture evenly on both halves of the bread.
4. Layer salami, ham, mortadella, and provolone cheese on the bottom half of the bread.
5. Place the top half of the bread over the layered meats and cheese.
6. Press down gently and cut into quarters to serve.
Notes:
For best results, let the sandwich sit for an hour before serving to let the flavors meld together.
