Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Black Beans drained and rinsed
  • 1/2 cup Bread Crumbs
  • 1/4 cup Onion finely chopped
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Chili Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil for cooking

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a food processor, combine black beans, bread crumbs, onion, garlic, chili powder, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Pulse until well mixed but still slightly chunky.
  • 2. Form the mixture into 4 patties.
  • 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown and heated through.
  • 4. Serve on buns with your favorite toppings.

Feel free to add your favorite spices or toppings to customize these burgers to your taste.
