Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz Noodles any type
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Sesame Oil
  • 1 clove Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Ginger grated
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Peanuts for garnish
  • 2 tbsp Chopped Green Onions for garnish

Instructions: 

  • Cook noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together peanut butter, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, ginger, and water until smooth.
  • Toss the cooked noodles with the peanut sauce until well coated.
  • Garnish with chopped peanuts and green onions before serving.

Notes:

Feel free to add some veggies or protein like chicken or tofu to make it more filling.
