Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  • Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  • Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
  • Whisk in the grated Parmesan cheese until the sauce is smooth and thickened.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve hot.
