Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Honey optional
  • 1 pinch Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
  • 2. Add turmeric powder and black pepper. Stir well.
  • 3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  • 4. Remove from heat and pour into a cup.
  • 5. Add honey if using. Stir well and serve warm.
