Instructions:
1. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat.
2. Add turmeric powder and black pepper. Stir well.
3. Let it simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and pour into a cup.
5. Add honey if using. Stir well and serve warm.
