Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 10 apples, quartered
  • 1 orange, quartered
  • 3 sticks cinnamon
  • 1 tbsp whole cloves
  • 1 tbsp allspice berries
  • 1 gallon water
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar

Instructions: 

  • 1. Place apples, orange, cinnamon sticks, cloves, and allspice berries in a large pot.
  • 2. Add water and bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 2 hours.
  • 3. Strain the mixture to remove solids. Add brown sugar and stir until dissolved.
  • 4. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes:

For a spicier cider, add more cinnamon sticks or a pinch of nutmeg.
