Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks fresh or canned
  • 1 Banana ripe
  • 1 cup Yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Milk any type
  • 1 tbsp Honey optional

Instructions: 

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes:

Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
