Ingredients:

  • 8 pieces Chicken Thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • 1/3 cup Honey
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce low sodium
  • 4 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1/4 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
  • Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs in the skillet.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
  • Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.

Notes:

For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
