Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a mixing bowl, whisk together honey, soy sauce, garlic, and black pepper.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add chicken thighs, skin side down, and sear until golden brown, about 5 minutes per side.
Pour the honey garlic sauce over the chicken thighs in the skillet.
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through.
Serve hot, garnished with chopped green onions or sesame seeds if desired.
Notes:
For a spicier kick, add a pinch of red pepper flakes to the sauce.
