Instructions:
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a large pot, add beer and sliced onions. Bring to a boil.
3. Add bratwursts to the pot and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
4. Remove brats from pot and place on the grill. Grill for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through.
5. Serve brats on buns with onions and your favorite condiments.
Notes:
For extra flavor, use a beer you enjoy drinking.
