Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken leg quarters
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Paprika

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place the chicken leg quarters in a baking dish.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the chicken and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for about 60 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  • Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra crispy skin, broil the chicken for the last 5 minutes of cooking.
