Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb Beef tips cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cup Beef broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 medium Onion chopped
  • 2 cloves Garlic minced
  • 1 tsp Salt to taste
  • 1 tsp Black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp All-purpose flour

Instructions: 

  • Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
  • Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
  • In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
  • Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring to combine.
  • Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
  • Return beef tips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
  • Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.

Notes:

For extra flavor, you can add mushrooms or bell peppers.
