Beef tips

Beef broth

Worcestershire sauce

All-purpose flour
Instructions:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add beef tips and cook until browned on all sides.
Remove beef from skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, add onions and garlic, and cook until softened.
Sprinkle flour over the onions and garlic, stirring to combine.
Gradually add beef broth and Worcestershire sauce, stirring constantly until the sauce thickens.
Return beef tips to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Serve hot over mashed potatoes or rice.
Notes:
For extra flavor, you can add mushrooms or bell peppers.
