Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 racks Baby Back Ribs
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Onion Powder
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
  • Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
  • Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
  • Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
  • Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
  • Remove ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush BBQ sauce on both sides.
  • Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
  • Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the spice rub overnight.
