Instructions:
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs.
Mix brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper in a bowl.
Rub the spice mix all over the ribs.
Wrap the ribs in aluminum foil and place on a baking sheet.
Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 hours.
Remove ribs from the oven, discard the foil, and brush BBQ sauce on both sides.
Return the ribs to the oven, uncovered, and bake for an additional 30 minutes.
Let the ribs rest for 10 minutes before serving.
Notes:
For extra flavor, let the ribs marinate in the spice rub overnight.
