Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 2 tbsp Butter, melted
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tsp Ground cinnamon (for coating)
  • 2 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, and salt.
  • Add milk and melted butter to the dry ingredients and mix until a dough forms.
  • Roll out the dough on a floured surface until it's about 1/4 inch thick.
  • Cut the dough into large ear-shaped pieces.
  • Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • Fry the dough pieces until golden brown on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  • Remove from oil and drain on paper towels.
  • Mix granulated sugar and ground cinnamon in a bowl. Coat the fried dough pieces in the sugar mixture.
  • Serve warm and enjoy!

Best enjoyed fresh and warm.
