Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 can Pumpkin Puree
  • 1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk
  • 2 Eggs beaten
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 0.5 tsp Ginger
  • 0.5 tsp Nutmeg
  • 0.5 tsp Salt
  • 1 Pie Crust unbaked

Instructions: 

  • Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, eggs, cinnamon, ginger, nutmeg, and salt. Mix well.
  • Pour the mixture into the unbaked pie crust.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 15 minutes. Reduce temperature to 350°F (175°C) and bake for 40 to 50 minutes more, or until a knife inserted near the center comes out clean.
  • Cool on a wire rack. Serve or refrigerate.

Notes:

For best results, use a homemade pie crust.
