cottage cheese

cheddar or your choice

cooked bacon

Instructions:
1. Preheat your sous vide precision cooker to 172°F (78°C).
2. In a blender, combine eggs, cottage cheese, shredded cheese, salt, and pepper. Blend until smooth.
3. Spray mason jars with non-stick spray. Divide the mixture evenly among the jars. Add chopped bacon to each jar and stir gently.
4. Place the lids on the jars, but do not tighten them completely. Just enough to keep water out.
5. Submerge the jars in the water bath and cook for 60 minutes.
6. Remove jars from the water bath. Let cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
Notes:
Feel free to experiment with different fillings like spinach, mushrooms, or ham.
