Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 3 pieces Ripe bananas mashed
  • 2 cups Oats
  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup Brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup Vegetable oil
  • 2 pieces Eggs beaten
  • 1 teaspoon Baking soda
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a loaf pan.
  • In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed bananas, oats, flour, brown sugar, vegetable oil, and beaten eggs.
  • Add the baking soda and salt, and mix well.
  • Pour the batter into the greased loaf pan.
  • Bake for 60 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
  • Let the bread cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Notes:

This banana oatmeal bread is moist and flavorful. Perfect for using up overripe bananas.
