Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
4. Remove from heat and let cool.
5. Transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
