Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups green tomatoes, chopped
  • 1 cup onion, chopped
  • 1 cup green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup red bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 cup white vinegar
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 tbsp salt
  • 1 tsp mustard seeds
  • 1 tsp celery seeds

Instructions: 

  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a large pot.
  • 2. Bring to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • 3. Reduce heat and simmer for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
  • 4. Remove from heat and let cool.
  • 5. Transfer to sterilized jars and store in the refrigerator.
