Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground pork
  • 1 cup carrots, finely chopped
  • 1 cup onions, finely chopped
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 20 pieces lumpia wrappers
  • 2 cups cooking oil for frying

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, carrots, onions, garlic, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • Place a tablespoon of the mixture on a lumpia wrapper. Roll tightly and seal the edges with water.
  • Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat. Fry lumpia until golden brown, about 3-5 minutes per side.
  • Drain on paper towels and serve hot with dipping sauce.

Notes:

For a vegetarian version, substitute ground pork with tofu or vegetables.
