Instructions:
1. In a large bowl, combine honey, soy sauce, vegetable oil, garlic, and black pepper.
2. Add chicken cubes to the bowl and mix well. Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
4. Thread chicken onto skewers.
5. Grill kabobs for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until chicken is cooked through.
Notes:
Soak wooden skewers in water for 30 minutes before using to prevent burning.
