Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 12 large mushrooms stems removed
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, combine breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Fill each mushroom cap with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the stuffed mushrooms on a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 20 minutes or until the mushrooms are tender and the tops are golden brown.
