mixed with 2 tbsp water
Instructions:
In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Whisk until well blended.
Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to the saucepan.
Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.
Notes:
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
