Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Rice Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Ketchup
  • 1/4 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, combine rice vinegar, ketchup, brown sugar, and soy sauce. Whisk until well blended.
  • Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring occasionally.
  • In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with water until smooth. Add to the saucepan.
  • Continue to cook and stir until the sauce thickens, about 2-3 minutes.
  • Remove from heat and let cool slightly before serving.

Notes:

Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to a week.
