Instructions:
In a pot, combine creamed corn, chicken broth, and water. Bring to a boil.
Reduce heat to medium. Add the cornstarch mixture and stir until the soup thickens.
Slowly pour in the beaten egg while stirring the soup to create egg ribbons.
Season with salt and white pepper to taste.
Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes:
For a vegetarian version, use vegetable broth instead of chicken broth.
