Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1 cup Polenta
  • 4 cups Water
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese

Instructions: 

  • Bring water to a boil in a saucepan.
  • Add salt and slowly whisk in the polenta.
  • Reduce heat to low and cook, stirring frequently, until thickened, about 30 minutes.
  • Stir in butter and Parmesan cheese until melted and well combined.
  • Serve hot.

Notes:

For a creamier texture, you can substitute half of the water with milk.
