Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 8 oz egg noodles
  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese optional

Instructions: 

  • Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions.
  • Drain the noodles and return them to the pot.
  • Add the butter to the hot noodles and stir until melted.
  • Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use browned butter instead of regular butter.
