  • 2 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the carrots with olive oil, honey, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the carrots on a baking sheet in a single layer.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until carrots are tender and caramelized.
