Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup Olive Oil
  • 1/4 cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 1 clove Garlic, minced
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black Pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the olive oil, red wine vinegar, Dijon mustard, honey, and minced garlic.
  • Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
  • Continue to whisk until the dressing is well combined and emulsified.
  • Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to one week.

Notes:

This dressing pairs well with a variety of salads and can also be used as a marinade.
