Instructions:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and parsley.
2. Drizzle the olive oil and lemon juice over the vegetables.
3. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
4. Toss everything together until well combined.
5. Serve immediately or chill in the refrigerator for later.

This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
