Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mixed greens
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/2 cup Cucumber, sliced
  • 1/4 cup Red onion, thinly sliced
  • 1/4 cup Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • In a large salad bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Serve immediately.

Feel free to add your favorite salad toppings like nuts or seeds.
