Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the garbanzo beans, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, red onion, and feta cheese.
In a small bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, and dried oregano. Pour over the salad and toss to combine.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
