Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and green onions.
In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
