Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 1 package Ramen noodles crushed, discard seasoning packet
  • 1/2 cup Sunflower seeds
  • 1/2 cup Sliced almonds toasted
  • 1/4 cup Green onions chopped

Dressing

  • 1/2 cup Olive oil
  • 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Honey
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce

Instructions: 

  • In a large mixing bowl, combine broccoli, crushed ramen noodles, sunflower seeds, sliced almonds, and green onions.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey, and soy sauce.
  • Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  • Let the salad sit for at least 15 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.

Notes:

This salad is best enjoyed fresh but can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
