Instructions:
In a mixing bowl, dissolve the lime gelatin in boiling water.
Add cold water and mix well.
Stir in the crushed pineapple, cottage cheese, and whipped topping.
Pour into a mold or serving dish and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or until set.
Notes:
For a more festive look, add a few maraschino cherries on top before serving.
