Instructions:
1. Cook the bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove and crumble.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the broccoli, bacon, red onion, cheddar cheese, and sunflower seeds.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, and sugar to make the dressing.
4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes:
This salad is best served cold. You can make it a day ahead and store it in the fridge.
