Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 pounds potatoes peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • 1 cup celery chopped
  • 1 cup onion chopped
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Boil the potatoes in a large pot until tender, about 15-20 minutes. Drain and let cool.
  • 2. In a large mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard, vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  • 3. Add the cooled potatoes, celery, and onion to the bowl. Mix well to coat.
  • 4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add chopped pickles or hard-boiled eggs.
