Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Chicken breasts boneless, skinless
  • 2 cups Buttermilk
  • 2 cups All-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 cup Vegetable oil for frying
  • 4 Burger buns
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 4 Tomato slices

Instructions: 

  • 1. Marinate the chicken breasts in buttermilk for at least 1 hour.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix flour, salt, pepper, paprika, and garlic powder.
  • 3. Heat oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  • 4. Dredge the marinated chicken in the flour mixture.
  • 5. Fry the chicken until golden brown and cooked through, about 7-8 minutes per side.
  • 6. Assemble the sandwiches with buns, lettuce, tomato, and fried chicken.

Notes:

For extra flavor, add pickles or your favorite sauce.
