Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, diced
  • 1/2 cup Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup Celery, chopped
  • 1/4 cup Red Onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Black Pepper
  • 8 slices Bread

Instructions: 

  • 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the diced chicken, mayonnaise, celery, red onion, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper. Mix well.
  • 2. Spread the chicken salad mixture evenly on four slices of bread.
  • 3. Top with the remaining slices of bread to make sandwiches.
  • 4. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready to serve.
