Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • 4 Burger buns
  • to taste Salt and pepper

Instructions: 

  • 1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  • 2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder.
  • 3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
  • 4. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
  • 5. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
  • 6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
  • 7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.

Notes:

Feel free to add cheese, lettuce, tomato, or any other toppings you like.
