Instructions:
1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a bowl, mix olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and garlic powder.
3. Brush the mixture onto both sides of the portobello mushroom caps.
4. Season the mushrooms with salt and pepper to taste.
5. Grill the mushrooms for about 5 minutes on each side, until tender.
6. Toast the burger buns on the grill for a minute or two.
7. Assemble the burgers with your favorite toppings and serve.
