Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 2 cups Broccoli florets
  • 2 cups Carrot slices
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 0.5 tsp Black pepper

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Place the chicken breasts on a baking sheet.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  • Spread the vegetables around the chicken on the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through and the vegetables are tender.
