Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp sugar
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions: 

  • In a saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, sugar, and salt.
  • Add the milk and whisk until well combined.
  • Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring constantly, until hot but not boiling.
  • Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
  • Pour into mugs and serve immediately.

Notes:

For a richer flavor, you can use half-and-half or add a dollop of whipped cream on top.
