Ingredients:

fresh ginger, grated

ground turmeric

honey (optional)

lemon juice (optional)
Instructions:
1. In a saucepan, bring water to a boil.
2. Add grated ginger and ground turmeric. Reduce heat and let it simmer for about 10 minutes.
3. Strain the tea into a teapot or directly into mugs.
4. Add honey and lemon juice if desired. Stir well and serve hot.
Notes:
Adjust the amount of ginger and turmeric to your taste. You can also add a pinch of black pepper for better absorption of turmeric.
