Ingredients:  

Main Ingredients

  • 4 fillets Salmon about 6 oz each
  • 1 Lemon sliced
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill chopped
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • to taste Salt
  • to taste Black pepper freshly ground

Instructions: 

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Place the salmon fillets on the baking sheet.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the salmon fillets.
  • Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
  • Top each fillet with lemon slices and chopped dill.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through.
  • Serve immediately.

Notes:

For a more intense flavor, marinate the salmon in olive oil, lemon juice, and dill for 30 minutes before baking.
